Laser Checks

Whether your accounting is done in-house or by a chosen accounting professional, Multi Business Systems can create a check that is right for you.

Laser checks can be created in two ways:

• Using stock background colors with black ink or
• Create a custom check using 1 to 4 colors

Your newly printed checks will be complete with your business information and logo, your bank information, your bank account number and your specified starting number.

By choosing different check background colors for the specific types of checks, the problem of pulling the wrong check for the wrong job will be solved. Example: Payroll checks printed on Blue and A/P checks printed on Maroon.

Custom Checks

Your new checks can be created with a subtle stock background graphic with your printed business information or for the same price we can add a ditigal photograph of your business building, equipment or products.

The digital photograph can be printed as the background of the check with all the needed check information printed on top. These checks work the same as standard checks, yet they stand out from the rest.

Software Compatible Continuous

Continuous Checks are created to work with your existing form-feed printers. Ideal for businesses who can dedicate a single printer for the task of writing checks. Available in 1-part to 4-part formats.

Continuous checks can be created in two ways:

• Using stock background colors with black ink or
• Create a custom check using 1 to 4 colors

Software Compatible Custom Laser or
Continuous High Security Checks

Due to the advancement in technology that is readily available to the general public, check fraud is becoming a new way to steal from businesses and individuals. Multi Business Systems has combined efforts with our printing houses to create numerous ways in which to combat check fraud.

Both Laser and Continuous checks can be created with the following Security Features:

• Watermarks – if check is held up to a light source, a clear watermark can be seen in the paper. If the mark does not appear = copied check.
• MicroPrint – extremely small type that can barely be read with the naked eye. When copied, the MicroPrint turns to mush = distinguishing a frauded check.
• VOID in the background – a check that contains this feature will produce the word VOID in the background of a copied check. This is very visible to the eye and immediately noticeable. (Move mouse over photo to see an example)
• Thermochromic Ink – a heat reactive ink is applied to the face of a check. When rubbed, this ink will change colors. A copied check will not have this reaction.
• Holographic Foil – a stock foil is adhered to the front of a check. These foils are difficult and expensive to duplicate. A warning statement is printed on the front of a check to alert the cashier to look for this feature.
• Bleedthrough Numbering – some check numbering is printed on only the face of the check. By using bleedthrough, the check number or micr line can be read on both sides of the check. A warning statement is located on the check face to alert to look for this feature.

Blank Check Stock

Blank Check Stock allows you to use your existing check printer to print your own checks.

This method requires a printer cartridge that uses magnetic ink. The check stock comes completely blank – giving you the ability to fully customize your checks!
Backgrounds are pre-printed in three formats: Top, Middle or Bottom check. (Top pictured.)
